Old Phuket Tour operated by Andaman Island Group Ltd., Part. – A local tour company established in 1992, licensed by Tourism Authority of Thailand, specializing in cultural and local lifestyle tours.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Booking and payment for any tour package constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Booking & Confirmation

3.1 Booking Process

• Book online, by phone, or through designated channels
• Booking confirmed upon company confirmation
• Company reserves right to refuse bookings

3.2 Confirmation

• Confirmation sent within 24 hours of payment
• Contact us immediately if no confirmation received

• Duration: 4-5 hours | Multiple time slots
• Price: Adult 1,200 THB | Child (4-12) 650 THB
• Highlights: Key attractions and cultural sites

Half Day Farm Activities

• Duration: 2 hours | Times: 09:30/11:00/13:30/15:00
• Price: Adult 660 THB | Child (4-12) 370 THB
• Activities: Rubber tapping, rice planting, tin panning, pineapple tasting, buffalo house visit

Cooking Class

• Duration: 3-4 hours | Daily sessions
• Price: Adult 1,500 THB | Child (8-12) 850 THB
• Highlights: Learn authentic Thai cooking, market visit, recipe book included

4.2 Payment Terms

• 30% deposit required for advance bookings
• Full payment 7 days before tour date
• Cash, bank transfer, or credit card accepted
• Prices include 7% VAT

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 By Customer

• 15+ days: 100% refund (minus 500 THB processing fee)
• 7-14 days: 70% refund
• 3-6 days: 50% refund
• 1-2 days: 25% refund
• Same day/no-show: No refund

6.2 By Company

• Weather conditions or safety concerns
• Minimum participants not met
• Force majeure events
• Full refund or alternative offered

7. Customer Requirements

7.1 General Requirements

• Good physical health suitable for activities
• Follow guide instructions
• Respect local customs and culture
• Valid ID or passport required

7.2 Safety Guidelines

• Inform of medical conditions in advance
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear
• No alcohol before/during activities
• Children must be supervised at all times
